Do I have to share my private office?

No, this is your own private office with a traditional 2 year commercial lease. You may decorate it as you'd like, and bring in your own furniture.

4

Can I share my office or sublet to others?

Yes, we will provide our contracted services for up to three providers per office. Additionally, you may sublet your office to other providers to supplement your monthly fee. However, we will not be able to provide our contracted services to them.

5

Do I have to accept all of your contracted services?

No, you may pick and choose which services you would like us to provide. For example, if you are comfortable with your biller, you may wish to keep them. However, our monthly fee will remain the same.

6

Do you offer help with marketing?

We do not conduct marketing. However, we have special agreements with marketers and website developers who will be able to give you a discount. Please contact us for more information.

7

Can I afford this?

Our monthly fee is surprisingly affordable. Dr. Cao has utilized his experience in the industry and his contacts to negotiate the best value to support Boston Therapy Space. Everything from cleaning to billing and administrative support, we have the best professionals and infrastructure to meet the needs of any private practice.

You can also supplement your income by partnering up with one or two other providers, or subletting your office.

We also have a simple math formula that can help you determine how much you will earn so there is no stress in starting your practice. Please contact us for more information.

8

What about medical insurance and tax support?

No one in Massachusetts can be denied medical insurance. We have resources for entrepreneurs we can provide you. We are also able to recommend a CPA firm who has worked closely with TCA Counseling Group for many years. They are very familiar with business taxes for private practice therapists. Please contact us for more information.

9

How long is on-boarding?

If you are already credentialed, your on-boarding can be expected to take 2-3 weeks. If you need assistance with credentialing, it could take about 4 weeks as your insurance credentials stagger in. However, you could start with private pay clients. In any event, you do not have to pay the fee until you assume your private office.
